Executive Order 5331—Withdrawal of Public Lands for Townsite Purposes

It is hereby ordered that the lands hereinafter described be, and the same are hereby, reserved for townsite purposes under section 2380, United States Revised Statutes, subject to valid existing rights, to be disposed of under any appropriate townsite law:

T. 25 S., R. 43 E., Mt. Diablo meridian, California, sec. 19, lots 1, 2, 5, and 6.

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
