Jose T. Casanovas, employed in the Quartermaster Corps of the Army in Porto Rico since 1898, may be given a classified status without regard to the civil service rules.
This order is recommended by the War Department because of Mr. Casanovas's record of long, faithful, and efficient service as janitor and as mason.
