Executive Order 5237—Reserving Certain Described Lands for Classification, California
Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the Act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed, it is hereby ordered that the unreserved public lands within the following listed townships be, and the same are hereby temporarily withdrawn for classification, subject to prior valid rights:
Humboldt Meridian
In Tps. 7, 11 and 12 N., R. 1 E.;
In T. 6 N., R. 1 W.;
In Tps. 4 and 5 S., R. 1 E.;
In T. 5 S., R. 2 E.;
In Tps. 3 and 4 S., R. 1 W.;
In Tps. 1, 2 and 3 S., R. 2 W.;
In T. IS., R. 3 W.;
Mt. Diablo Meridian
In Tps. 19, 20 and 21 N., R. 17 W.;
In T. 24 N., Rs. 18 and 19 W.
This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
