Executive Order 5217—Restoring Certain Reserved Lands for Public Water Reserves and Such Lands Restored to Public Domain, Washington

November 04, 1929

So much of the orders of withdrawal dated April 30, 1919, creating Public Water Reserve No. 63, February 11, 1918, creating Public Water Reserve No. 53, and February 8, 1923, creating Public Water Reserve No. 86, as affects the land hereinafter listed is hereby revoked, and all such land not otherwise reserved or withdrawn is hereby restored to the public domain and shall become subject to disposition under the laws applicable thereto upon such date and after such notice as may be hereafter determined and announced.

T. 13 S., R. 20 W., Sec. 19, lot 4.
T. 13 S., R. 21 W., Sec. 24, E½ of SE¼.

Lands affected in Public Water Reserve No. 53:
T. 1 N., R. 16 E., Sec. 8, SE¼ of NE¼.

Lands affected in Public Water Reserve No. 86:
T. 6 N., R. 19 W., Sec. 12, N½ of N½, SE¼ of NE¼, SW¼ of NW¼, NW¼ of SW¼, S½ of S½, NE¼ of SE¼.
