Executive Order 5151—Amending Executive Order No. 1713 Reserving Certain Described Islands in Washington for Public Purposes

July 30, 1929

Executive Order No. 1713, dated February 24, 1913, which reserved certain unsurveyed islands in Ts. 36 and 37 N., R. 2 W., W.M., Washington, for public purposes, is hereby revoked and set aside in so far as it applies to the following described islands; viz:

An island locally known as "Sheep Island" situated in the NW¼ Sec. 9, T. 36 N., R. 2 W., W.M.

Two islands known as "Double Island" in the E½ Sec. 17, T. 36 N., R. 2 W., W.M.
