Mrs. William M. Stuart (nee Sarah V. Kenner) may be appointed to an appropriate clerical position in the Federal Service without regard to the length of her separation therefrom.
Mrs. Stuart was in the competitive classified service from July 1, 1902, to December 31, 1918.
