Executive Order 5073—Authorizing the Appointment of Lee H. Garby Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

Mrs. Lee H. Garby, widow of Dr. Carl D. Garby, engaged in chemical work in the Departments of Navy, War, and Agriculture from January 12, 1916, to July 10, ? 1928, may be appointed to an appropriate position in the classified service without regard to the provisions of the civil service rules.

This order is recommended by the Secretary of Agriculture. The Civil Service Commission is unable to concur.
