Executive Order 5069—Authorizing the Reinstatement of Jeannette J. Donahue Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

March 02, 1929

Mrs. Jeannette J. Donahue, widow of Mr. Peter A. Donahue who died April 13, 1928, after many years of service in the Immigration Service, may be reinstated to an appropriate position in the Department of Labor without regard to the time limit upon reinstatement.

The Secretary of Labor recommends this order. The Civil Service Commission is unable to concur.
