Executive Order 5063—Reserving Certain Described Lands in Oregon for Classification and Pending Legislation

February 28, 1929

It is hereby ordered, under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), that the following described lands, namely, N½ NW¼, or lots 3 and 4 Sec. 3, W½ NE¼ NE¼ and E½ NW¼ NE¼ Sec. 27, T. 37 S. R. 3 E., W. M., Oregon, containing 119.20 acres, be and they are hereby temporarily withdrawn for classification and in aid of the legislation proposed in H.R. 16698 and S. 5529, of the 70th Congress.

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
