Executive Order 5058—Authorizing the Appointment of Julia Behneke Without Regard to Civil Service Rules

Mrs. Julia Behneke may be appointed to an appropriate position in the Department of Labor without reference to the provisions of the civil service rules. The appointment is recommended by the Secretary of Labor. The Civil Service Commission is unable to concur.
