The Consular Regulations are hereby amended as follows:
Paragraph 604 is amended by striking out, in the section entitled "At inland consulates", the subsection numbered (3) relating to the register of correspondence received and sent.
Paragraph 605 is amended by striking out, in the section entitled "At inland consulates", the subsection numbered (3) relating to the register of correspondence received and sent.
