Executive Order 12080—Commemorative Presidential Proclamations

September 18, 1978

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution of the United States of America, and in order to simplify the procedures for the processing of approved commemorative proclamations, Section 4 of Executive Order No. 11030, as amended, is further amended by adding thereto the following new sentence:

"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2, the Director shall transmit any approved commemorative proclamations to the President.".
