RELATING TO CERTAIN POSITIONS IN LEVEL IV OF THE EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE
By the authority vested in me as President of the United States of America by Section 5317 of Title 5 of the United States Code, Section 1 of the Executive Order No. 118.61, as amended, placing certain positions in level IV of the Executive Schedule, is further amended by deleting "Deputy Under Secretary, Department of Transportation" in subsection (9) and inserting in lieu thereof "Administrator, Research and Special Programs Administration, Department of Transportation."
