By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is ordered that Executive Order No. 10974 of November 8, 1961, be, and it is hereby, amended, effective as of July 1, 1962, as follows:
(1) By inserting before the period at the end of the first sentence of Section 5 a comma and the following: "and from any thereto corresponding appropriation available for the fiscal year 1963."
(2) By substituting for the last sentence of the order the following: "The Commission shall terminate as of November 1, 1962."
