Executive Order 10951—Amending Executive Order No. 10949, June 26, 1961, to Extend the Time Within Which the Board of Inquiry Created Therein, to Inquire Into the Issues Involved in a Labor Dispute Affecting the Maritime Industry, Shall Report to the President
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 206 of the Labor-Management Relations Act, 1947, 61 Stat. 155 (29 U.S.C. 176), I hereby extend until 9 a.m., July 3, 1961, the time within which the board of inquiry created by Executive Order No. 10949 of June 26, 1961, to inquire into the issues involved in a labor dispute involving the Maritime Industry of the United States, shall report to the President.
