Executive Order 10754—Amendment of Executive Order No. 10655, Relating to the Air Coordinating Committee

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is ordered that the second and third sentences of section 1 (a) of Executive Order No. 10655 of January 28, 1956 (21 F. R. 665), be, and they are hereby, amended to read as follows:

"The aforementioned members of the Committee shall be designated by the respective heads of the member agencies. The President shall designate a representative who shall be an additional and non-voting member of the Committee and shall also be Chairman of the Committee."
