Executive Order 10351—Designation of Certain Persons for the Purpose of Issuing Provisional Certificates of Registry to Certain Vessels Abroad

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 1 of the act of March 4, 1915, 38 Stat. 1193 (46 U.S.C. 12), it is ordered as follows:

1. The captains of the ports of Cristobal and Balboa, Canal Zone, are hereby designated for the purpose of issuing provisional certificates of registry to vessels abroad which have been purchased by citizens of the United States, including corporations, as defined in section 4132 of the Revised Statutes, as amended (46 U.S.C. 11).

2. Executive Order No. 2164 of April 7, 19515, designating certain persons for the purpose of issuing provisional certificates of registry to vessels described in paragraph 1 hereof, is hereby revoked.
