Executive Order 10128—Amendment of Executive Order No. 6868 of October 9, 1934, as Amended, Designating Members of the National Capital Housing Authority

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the District of Columbia Alley Dwelling Act of June 12, 1934 (48 Stat. 930), as amended by the act of June 25, 1938, 52 Stat. 1186, it is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 6868 of October 9, 1934, as amended, be, and it is hereby, further amended to provide that the National Capital Housing Authority shall be composed of the following-designated officials of the Government of the United States or of the District of Columbia: The President of the Board of Commissioners of the Government of the District of Columbia, the Director of Planning of the National Capital Park and Planning Commission, the Chairman of the District of Columbia Redevelopment Land Agency, and three additional officials to be designated by the President of the United States.
