Excerpts of the President's News Conference in Rapid City, South Dakota

I was very much interested this morning to have a visit from a delegation of the National Woman's Party. They are engaged in working for the Lucretia Mott amendment to the Federal Constitution providing a larger equality as I understand it between women and men than they think now exists.
