Trump Kickstarted Current Inflation Crisis with Reckless Spending

During his 2016 campaign, Donald Trump branded himself as the "king of debt" who could start significantly paying it down. Once he took office, Trump said his tariffs and tax cuts would help lower the debt. That did not happen. Instead, Trump refused to veto any congressional spending and added $7.8 trillion to the nation debt. This stands in stark contrast to Ron DeSantis, who has vetoed 6.2 billion in wasteful spending and balanced Florida's budget every year.

Donald Trump's reckless spending kickstarted the current inflation crisis that is now making it difficult for hardworking families to afford basic necessities, he cannot be trusted to prove the American people with relief.
