On Tuesday, August 6, 2019, the President signed into law:
H.R. 3253, the "Sustaining Excellence in Medicaid Act of 2019," which extends certain Medicaid demonstration programs and other Medicaid provisions, and adjusts the methodology for calculation of the price paid for drugs and biologics by State Medicaid programs.
