On Friday, December 16, Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will visit a local 988 call center. The Second Gentleman will meet with workers and receive a tour of the center. Department of Health and Human Services Deputy Secretary Andrea Palm and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Department of Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary Miriam Delphin-Rittman will join the visit.
