National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere Appointment of Paul Bock as a Member.

The President today announced the appointment of Paul Bock, of West Hartford, Conn., to be a member of the National Advisory Committee on Oceans and Atmosphere.

Bock is a professor of civil engineering at the University of Connecticut and a member of the Institute of Water Resources. He is chairman of the Committee on Space Hydrology of the American Geophysical Union.
