Executive Order 11372—Designating the Lake Ontario Claims Tribunal as a Public International Organization Entitled to Enjoy Certain Privileges, Exemptions, and Immunities

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (59 Stat. 669; 22 U.S.C. 288), and having found that the United States participates in the Lake Ontario Claims Tribunal pursuant to the Agreement with Canada Concerning the 1315

Establishment of an International Arbitral Tribunal to Dispose of United States Claims Relating to Gut Dam, March 25, 1965, TIAS 6114, I hereby designate the Lake Ontario Claims Tribunal as a public international organization entitled to enjoy the privileges, exemptions, and immunities conferred by the International Organizations Immunities Act.
