Executive Order 5108—Reserving Certain Described Lands for a Lookout Station, Washington

May 10, 1929

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed, it is hereby ordered that Lot 1 (NE¼ NE¼) Sec. 24, T. 36 N., R. 42 E., W.M., Washington, containing 39.24 acres, be and it is hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale or entry, and reserved for use by the State of Washington as a lookout station.

This order shall remain in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
