Executive Order 5077—Designating Viola B. Pugh to Sign the Pressident's Name to Land Patents

Mrs. Viola B. Pugh, of the District of Columbia, appointed by the Secretary of the Interior August 18, 1921, to the position of clerk to sign land patents, is hereby designated as required by law to sign my name to said patents.
