President Donald J. Trump today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Abidjan, to Côte d'Ivoire attend the Presidential Inauguration of His Excellency Alassane Dramane Ouattara, President of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire on December 8, 2025.

The Honorable Jacob Helberg, Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and Environment at the U.S. Department of State, will lead the delegation.
