Remarks During Telerally for Wisconsin State Supreme Court Candidate Brad D. Schimel
Well, thank you very much, Brad. And hello to Wisconsin, and thank you for the big victory on November 5. That was a big one. And I think everybody is really happy with the way the country is running right now.
We won it all, and the country is doing record business. And everybody—everybody sees it, and the Democrats are not happy about it, but everybody else is. And we're just days away from the most important election happening in your State this year, the race for Wisconsin Supreme Court on Tuesday, April 1. And I'm asking that everyone get out and vote for a wonderful American patriot, a tough-on-crime judge, Brad Schimel.
In-person early voting is underway and will continue for most of the week. What you're going to do is go right through Sunday, and you can go early vote, and then you have election day, which is coming up on Tuesday. The most important thing is to go vote, but if you want, you go Saturday or Sunday.
This election will have the outsized impact on the future of the country. If the radical Democrats win, they're planning to abuse the law to unilaterally rewrite Wisconsin's electoral map, creating a tremendous problem, frankly, for our country, and that's why I'm on the phone.
I have a lot of respect for Brad, and I'm on for that, but I'm also on to save our country from these people that are destroying it with their open borders and all of the transgender-for-everybody stuff, men in women's sports, all of the things that they so strongly stand for. And they don't stop. They continue it going. And maybe most importantly, or just about, is letting millions and millions of people pour into our country totally unchecked, totally unabated. And have—many, many of these people are absolute thugs, and—we have 11,088 murderers. Half of them murdered more than one person. And these are the people they're allowing into our country. We're getting them out at record levels, and Brad is going to help us.
The Hakeem Jeffries people, the A.O.C. people, Ilhan Omar, these are the people that this woman is adhering to, and that is not the values of Wisconsin. Brad Schimel is a champion of the rule of law. He stands for fair and impartial justice, and he'll always back the blue.
He's always backed the blue. That's why Brad has been endorsed by more than 80 law enforcement organizations. Almost every single law enforcement group all over the country has endorsed Brad.
It's a very important race, actually. And you know, I know you feel it's local, but it's not. It's really much more than local. The whole country is watching.
Brad served as a prosecutor for over 25 years and—locked up gang members, drug dealers, and human traffickers—the kind of people that they let into our country, Joe Biden and his border czar. You know, the border czar turned out to be the candidate, and she didn't do too well. But the reason is because she was bad at everything, but especially as border czar.
And we have Tom Homan in our group, and we have set records. As of today, we have records for record low. We don't let criminals into our country. We're getting them out. And they're—we're taking them out in droves.
As Wisconsin attorney general, he protected crime victims; prosecuted sadists and committed elder—and who—who just were absolutely horrible people committing elder abuse; and he cleared a backlog of thousands and thousands of rape kits that date back to the 1980s. He went out and he got people to pay a big price for what they did.
If you support law and order in Wisconsin, Brad Schimel is the one to do it. I mean, he is just an outstanding person.
His opponent is a very deranged, Soros-funded, left-wing lunatic who opposes voter ID, wants to trample on our Constitution, and is endorsed by socialist Bernie Sanders. He's a—like a Bernie Sanders person. She is all for Bernie Sanders, and Bernie Sanders does not represent your values.
As a judge, she gave child molesters, rapists, and domestic abusers very light sentences. It was criticized by everybody. Light to almost nonexistent. She even went soft on the man who repeatedly raped a 5-year-old girl and went so soft that it became a national scandal.
Brad's opponent is a handpicked candidate of the Communists and Marxists, and we can't let that happen to Wisconsin, and we can't let it happen to our country. And that's why it's so important to get out and vote for Brad Schimel.
And, again, vote early, tomorrow through Sunday, or make plans to get out on election day. But it's so important. The whole Nation is watching.
And I just, again, want to thank you. I won Wisconsin by a lot. We did great there. I love the State. I gave the big boat contract, as you know, out to Wisconsin, and I think they're going to do a great job on it and—one of the biggest contracts the Navy has given in a long time.
And I just want to say I'm for Wisconsin and I'm for Brad. And, Brad, I want to wish you a lot of luck. It's a big day. The whole nation is watching. And you just take care of yourself, and I will see you soon.
And, Wisconsin, thank you very much.
Brad, you take it over. Thank you.
