Recess Appointments to the Harry S Truman Scholarship Foundation and Legal Services Corporation

The President today announced two recess appointments. The nominations were sent to the Senate on December 12 but were not confirmed before the session ended. They are John W. Snyder as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Harry S Truman Scholarship Foundation; and the following persons to be members of the Board of Directors of the Legal Services Corporation: Cecilia Esquer, Steven Engelberg, Hillary Rodliana, Richard Trudell, Josephine Worthy.
