President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to represent the United States at the Inauguration of His Excellency Martin Torrijos, President of the Republic of Panama, on September l, 2004.
The Honorable Colin Powell, Secretary of State, will lead the delegation.
Members of the Presidential Delegation are: The Honorable Linda Watt, United States Ambassador to Panama Mr. Cesar B. Cabrera, President, Rocca Development Mr. Rod Carew, Member, National Baseball Hall of Fame Mr. Francis Rooney, CEO, Rooney Holdings, Inc.
