Judd Gregg Is A Former New Hampshire Senator And Governor. Gregg served as Governor of New Hampshire from 1989 to 1993 and served as a U.S. Senator from 1993 to 2011. Prior to becoming Governor, Gregg was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1981 to 1989. Gregg has been a longtime advocate for the taxpayer and for lower spending, both in New Hampshire and in Washington.
