By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and statues and as President of the United States, it is hereby order as follows:
The office of the Director of Liquidation and the Liquidation Advisory Committee, established by Executive Order No. 9674 of January 4, 1946, together with the functions of the Director and the Committee, are hereby termination.
The Director of the Bureau of the Budget shall, consonant with applicable law, make suitable disposition of the records and property now in the possession of the Director of Liquidation.
This order shall become effective on June 30, 1946.
