Executive Order 9529—Reinstating Paul H. Alling in the Foreign Service of the United States

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 12 of the act of February 23, 1931, 46 Stat. 1207, 1208, it is ordered that Paul H. Alling, who resigned his position as an officer in the Foreign Service of the United States on November 30, 1930, to accept appointment to a position in the Department of State, be, and he is hereby, reinstated in the Foreign Service of the United States in Class II, his reinstatement to be effective upon the date his nomination to a position in such class is confirmed by the Senate.
