Executive Order 6672—Withdrawal of Public Lands for Resurvey, Wyoming

April 07, 1934

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed and to all valid existing rights, it is ordered that the public lands in township 40 north, range 84 west of the sixth principal meridian, Wyoming, be, and they are hereby, withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, pending a resurvey of said townsliip under the act of March 3, 1909 (ch. 271, 35 Stat. 845).

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
