Executive Order 6645—Withdrawal of Public Lands to Provide Material for the Construction and Repair of Public Roads, South Dakota

March 14, 1934

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed and to all valid existing rights, it is ordered that the public lands in T. 3 S., R. 2 E., SE¼ sec. 36, Black Hills meridian, South Dakota, within the Harney National Forest, be, and they are hereby, withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, for the purpose of providing material for the construction and repair of public roads.

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
