Executive Order 6636—Waiver of Regulations for Appointment of Unclassified Laborers to Permit the Appointment of Mrs. Marion Doody

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 1753 of the Revised Statutes, it is hereby ordered that Mrs. Marion Doody may be appointed as a charwoman in the custodial service at the Boston Post Office, Boston, Massachusetts, without compliance with the Regulations for Appointment of Unclassified Laborers.

Mrs. Doody is the widow of William Doody, who served many years as a carrier in the Post Office Department.

This order is issued upon the recommendation of the Postmaster General.
