By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 201(a) of title II of the act of June 16, 1933 (ch. 90, 48 Stat. 195, 200), I hereby appoint Rear Admiral Christian Joy Peoples, Director of Procurement, as a member of the Special Board for Public Works created by Executive Order No. 6174 of June 16, 1933, to succeed and to act in the place of Assistant Secretary of the Treasury L. W. Robert, Jr.
