Executive Order 6618—Public Water Reserve No. 154, Oregon

February 26, 1934

By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed and to all valid existing rights, it is ordered that the following-described public lands of the United States be, and they are hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry and reserved for public use in accordance with the provisions of section 10 of the act of December 29, 1916 (ch. 9, 39 Stat. 862, 865):

WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN

T. 7 S., R. 42 E., sec. 25, NE¼NW¼.

T. 9 S., R. 43 E., sec. 1, N½.

This order may be referred to as "Public Water Reserve No. 154, Oregon".
