Executive Order 6590—Coal-Land Restoration, New Mexico No. 52

February 08, 1934

By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), it is ordered that so much of the Executive order of July 9, 1910, creating coal-land withdrawal, New Mexico No. 1, as affects the lands hereinafter described be, and it is hereby, revoked:

New Mexico Meridian

T. 9 N., R. 16 W., sec. 4, SE¼.

This order may be referred to as Coal-Land Restoration, New Mexico No. 52.
