Executive Order 6172—Cache National Forest, Utah

June 15, 1933

Under authority of the acts of Congress approved March 3, 1891 (26 Stat. 1095-1103), and June 4, 1897 (30 Stat. 11, 34, 36), and on the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture, it is hereby ordered that the following-described lands in the State of Utah be, and they are hereby, included in and made a part of the Cache National Forest:

Salt Lake Meridian

T. 10 N., R. 1 E., sec. 1.

T. 11 N., R. 1 E., secs. 1, 12, and 13;

sec. 23, E½;

secs. 24 and 25;

sec, 26, E½ and E½SW¼;

sec. 35, E½ and E½W½;

sec. 36.

T. 12 N., R. 1 E., sec. 25, E½;

sec. 36, E½.

T. 10 N., R. 2 E., sec. 3, N½ and N½S½;

secs. 4 and 6;

sec. 7, N½;

sec. 8, N½.

T. 12 N., R. 2 E., sec. 6, E½;

sec. 7, E½;

sec. 18, E½NW¼ and SW¼.

T. 13 N., R. 2 E., sec. 31, N½ and SE¼.

The withdrawal made by this order shall, as to all lands which are at this date legally appropriated under the public-land laws or reserved for any public purpose, be subject to and shall not interfere with or defeat legal rights under such appropriation, nor prevent the use for such public purpose of lands so reserved, so long as such appropriation is legally maintained or such reservation remains in force.
