Executive Order 5397—Withdrawal of Public Lands for a Lookout Station, Washington

July 18, 1930

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed, it is hereby ordered that the S. ½ SW. ¼ sec. 14, T. 31 N., R. 38 E., Willamette meridian, Washington, containing 80 acres, be, and the same is hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, and reserved for use by the State of Washington as a lookout station.

This order shall remain in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
