Executive Order 10305—Revoking Executive Order No. 10207 of January 23, 1951, Establishing the President's Commission on Internal Security and Individual Rights

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows:

1. Executive Order No. 10207 of January 23, 1951, entitled "Establishing the President's Commission on Internal Security and Individual Rights", is hereby revoked.

2. The Department of the Treasury shall liquidate the outstanding affairs of the said Commission, and unexpended funds of the Commission shall be available for the purposes of such liquidation.
