To the House of Representatives:

I transmit herewith to the House of Representatives a report from the Secretary of State, with accompanying documents,++ in answer to their resolutions of the 30th of January and 23d February last.

++Correspondence relative to the causes disturbing the friendly relations between Spain and the United States diplomatic agents relative to the same; correspondence relative to Cuba, etc.
