Executive Order 10123—Revocation of Executive Order No. 9635 of September 29, 1945, and No. 9904 of November 13, 1947

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows:

Executive Order No. 9635 of September 29, 1945, relating to the organization of the Navy Department and the Naval Establishment, and Executive Order No. 9904 of November 13, 1947, amending the said Executive Order No. 9635, are hereby revoked.

The revocation made by this order shall not be construed as reviving Executive Order No. 8934 of December 18, 1941, and Executive Order No. 9096 of March 12, 1942 (as amended by Executive Order No. 9528 of March 2, 1945), revoked by the said Executive Order No. 9635.
