Executive Order 10060—Restoring Certain Land Comprising the Keaahala Military Reservation to the Jurisdiction of the Territory of Hawaii

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 91 of the act of April 30, 1900, 31 Stat. 159 as amended by section 7 of the act of May 27, 1910, 36 Stat. 447, it is ordered as follows:

1. All land Keahala, Kaneohe, Koolaupoko, Island of Oahu, Territory of Hawaii, which was withdrawn and set aside for military purposes by Executive Order No. 2075 of November 9, 1914, and subsequently known as the Keaahala Military Reservation, and which has not heretofore been restored to its previous status by Executive Orders No. 4036 of June 26, 1924, No. 4143 of January 28, 1925, and No. 5637 of June 4, 1931, is hereby restored to the jurisdiction of the Territory of Hawaii.

2. The reversion, reservations, and restrictions contained in the said Executive Orders No. 4036 of June 26, 1924, No. 4143 of January 28, 1925, and No. 5637 of June 4, 1931, are hereby vacated and relinquished.
