Executive Order 9802—Terminal Date for Filing Application for Payment Certificate Under Section 124 (h) of the Internal Revenue Code

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 124 (h) of the Internal Revenue Code, Executive Order 9491 of October 20, 1942, entitled "Regulations Governing the Issuance of Payment Certificates under Section 124 (h) of the Internal Revenue Code," is amended by adding the following at the end thereof:

"5. Terminal Date for Filing Application. A payment certificate shall be issued only if application therefor is filed in conformity with the provisions of these regulations on or before December 31, 1946."
