Executive Order 9668—Amending Subdivision Iii of Schedule a of the Civil Service Rules
December 28, 1945
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 2 of the Civil Service Act (22 Stat. 404), paragraph 6 of Subdivision III of Schedule A of the Civil Service Rules is hereby amended to read as follows:
"6. Receivers of insolvent national banks and other financial institutions appointed by the Comptroller of the Currency with salaries payable from the funds of insolvent institutions, and the employees of such receivers."
