In answer to the resolution of December 9, 1869, requesting a copy of the charges, testimony, findings, did sentence in the trial by court-martial of Passed Assistant Surgeon Charles L. Green, United States Navy, I transmit herewith a report from the Secretary of the Navy, to whom the resolution was referred.
