To the Senate of the United States:
I transmit herewith, for the constitutional action of the Senate, treaties recently concluded with certain Indian tribes at Traverse des Sioux, Mendora, Pembina, and Fort Laramie, together with communications from the Department of the Interior and other documents connected therewith.
