To the House of Representatives:
In answer to the resolution of the House of Representatives of the 26th of December last, requesting information in regard to the seizure of the brig Arve * at Jeremie, in the island of St. Domingo, I transmit a report from the Secretary of State and the documents by which it was accompanied.
